Narrative:
Cleared for takeoff. Controller stated traffic would cross overhead departure end of runway and traffic on 2 mi final. Captain had traffic ahead, helicopter Y, and I was watching traffic on final to intersection runway. At rotation helicopter Y ahead was still outer runway. Captain had to lower nose of aircraft go under helicopter Y. Traffic passing overhead. Subsequent talks with tower revealed helicopter Y had us in sight, as did tower operator, but helicopter Y deviated from flight path assigned by tower.
