Narrative:
Departed on the zachh 2 departure. Flew in a slow climb to make both the cuzen restriction (max speed 240/+5;000) and feztr at or above 7;000 feet. ATC said our slow speed caused a traffic conflict. ATC gave us a number to call.heavy A321 has a tough time making dfw departure restrictions. Cannot make these restrictions with normal procedures! Get rid of hard altitudes on departures.
