Narrative:
This is to report that aircraft cessna 525A-0333 has a substandard wing; with multiple elongated holes and no repair requirement for those holes. There are close to 85 holes in a concentrated area of the left hand lower and upper center wing skin blown out and only eleven of those holes have engineering support and documentation. I believe this to be an un-airworthy product being put back into the process of achieving flight in the very near future; and have voiced my concerns to management as well as inspectors regarding this matter. I release myself of all liability regarding this aircraft thru this and NASA self reporting; what I have seen in this so called repair station; I have never seen in 25 years in this industry. This facility needs to be shut down or overseen by outside entities to ensure the safe operation and release of aircraft.
