Narrative:
On takeoff roll all pfd nds flickered. After takeoff the auto throttles were not engaged. The flight directors were not engaged. Re-engaged systems operated normally. The flicker happened again at FL230. All systems stayed engaged and operated normally.

Title: B737-700 flight crew reported all cockpit display units flickered 'off' then 'on' during takeoff roll. The autothrottles and flight directors disengaged during the event.
Narrative: On takeoff roll all PFD NDs flickered. After takeoff the auto throttles were not engaged. The flight directors were not engaged. Re-engaged systems operated normally. The flicker happened again at FL230. All systems stayed engaged and operated normally.
