Narrative:
On short final [I] lost control of engine power. Throttle became stuck at a low power setting that was insufficient to reach runway. Aircraft landed on the runoff area prior to runway contacting a threshold light with the right main gear then continuing onto the runway. Aircraft was able to taxi off the runway under own power and to the ramp. Inspection of the aircraft did not show apparent damage to gear.
