Narrative:

When preparing to run the after start checklist the captain called for it without using the proper order. He did not call for a flap setting just the after start checklist. Then he proceeded to check the flight controls as I was running the checklist. As we were taxiing out we were told to taxi via alpha hold short of Q1. I read that back and then stated it out loud for him to verbalize back to me which he did. I also typed it into the scratchpad. He was in a giant rush the entire morning; I suspect to catch his commute home later that afternoon and he was taxiing at an excessive speed. As I was trying to get the performance data to correct his lack of flap setting my head was down and he taxied straight past Q one. He then made a turn behind another aircraft on the taxiway ahead; even though I told him I didn't think there was enough room. At foxtrot one I told him to please stop as I was unaware of our current position and he ignored me and kept taxiing at approximately 20 knots. I felt very rushed and unprepared due to his insistence on moving so quickly.
