Narrative:
I was completing the final leg of a flight from san diego, ca to pocahontas, ar, my home base where the accident occurred. The airplane contacted the paved runway wheels up. Damaging the propeller with minor damage to the belly of the airplane. I am not certain, but either I forgot to put the gear down, or I put the gear down but the mechanically activated gear lever did not lock in the socket. This happened to me on two previous occasions. I was on final both times when I noticed the gear lever was not locked, and locked it prior to landing.
