Narrative:
Tower advised after landing rollout that our aircraft appeared to have had parts fall off on runway. FOD observed. Next plane asked to go-around due to FOD. Tower stated appeared as rubber; perhaps call [and] ask for inspection. Our indications on tires was normal. We stopped; asked airport authority truck to inspect aircraft and they reported all looked normal initially. I checked other systems display for any abnormal indications and saw a #1 T/right unlocked and was unable to get TR to cycle. Also had alert rev press fault while attempting stow rev from U/left indication. Asked them to check #1 engine. Authority stated panel inbd side of #1 engine was missing. All engine parameters otherwise normal. Tower indicated and we observed large white T/right panel in grass east of [the runway] and several smaller debris adjacent on runway [to the] north. Coordinated [with maintenance]; tower and airport authority to continue to gate. Shutdown #1 as precaution. Post flight in blocks; crew inspected damage and entered all noted damage into history and debriefed [maintenance].
