Narrative:
We were cleared by havana center from pinar direct to canoa, B646 to fis, dolin two arrival to miami. We were navigating by omega coupled to the autoplt to canoa. We had a wrong digit set in for canoa and we entered miami airspace 40 mi west of canoa. This was brought to our attention by miami center when we reported canoa. Our mistake was not double-checking all of the omega entries and cross-checking all of the omega entries and cross-checking our VOR.
