Narrative:

We had just departed mnl runway 24 on SID 1 departure, turning right to intercept mnl 313 degree right. At approximately 2000' in our right climbing turn, a low wing single engine aircraft passed directly below our nose from right to left at what appeared to be about 200' below us. There was no time for evasive action and fortunately none was necessary. We were not informed of any traffic in our vicinity and were on an IFR departure in fair VFR conditions. When questioned by us, departure had no aircraft on radar in our vicinity.
