Narrative:
Upon take off from runway 16L; (4000 ft) experienced engine failure. Called the tower and announced engine failure and that I was going to land on the south end of runway 16R (8000ft). Tower acknowledged. On approach to land on 16R; switched fuel tanks and engine restarted. I completed landing safely. Tower asked if I needed assistance; I indicated that did not.
