Narrative:
Aircraft X was cleared as filed and climbed to 17000. The aircraft came off dro via the odp (obstacle departure procedure) to marke intersection. Upon reaching marke the pilot asked me what I wanted him to do next. This is a common problem that we are having with the [company] aircraft. They fly the odp which they are allowed but they continue not to turn on course after flying it sometimes just staying on a heading. The other issue we have with [company] aircraft at dro is that they file different routings into ZZZ on just about every aircraft.they need to file RNAV arrivals into ZZZ. Pick one and file it the same every time. We can change them in the air. If they elect to fly an odp then had have been cleared as filed they need to proceed on coarse after the opd. They also need to file routing that is not going the opposite direction. The odp at dro does not specifically say to 'proceed on course' after marke or reser. Does it needed to be added to the odp procedure to clear up pilot confusion at the uncontrolled airports?

Title: ZDV Controller reported a flight that did not fly the filed routing after the ODP. Reporter stated this company continually files improper or invalid routings for DRO departures.
