Narrative:
Got a main cargo door light on climb out with no siren. Consulted the QRH; pressurization was normal; continued climb. At 31000 ft we got a cabin alt light. Called center; got a clearance to 10000 ft and a turned back to [departure airport]. Landed 11000 lbs over mlgw (maximum landing gear weight). After shutdown we found the overpressure relief doors open.
