Narrative:
After a normal takeoff and turn to on course heading; at approximately 23;000 ft the cabin door light illuminated. Checklist advised landing as soon as practicable and we elected to return to the departure airport. Requested delaying vectors to burn off fuel for proper landing weight. ATC cleared us to maneuver in 360 turns for that purpose. Upon reaching the suitable landing weight we conducted a visual approach and landed normally. The cabin door light went out during our descent at approximately 10;000 ft; but we elected to land.
