Narrative:
We were cleared from las to lax via oasis 6 SID, hector transition J64 civet. I flew the dag 031 degree right, being mindful to change over at the las 37 DME point. I had 211 degrees set in the HSI. Noticed on the high 2 chart that the outbnd radial from hec was 211 degrees. Thought to myself that I could straight over hec, not remembering that I was navigating on dag. ZLA brought it to our attention as we passed over dag. We had had 2 early morning wake-ups, fairly long days, were sitting in the warm sun and were pretty drowsy. None of us caught the mistake.
