Narrative:
Aircraft departing aug need to monitor several frequencys. CTAF 122.95, nhz approach 128.35, company 130.95, WX 123.60, nhz clearance 119.95. As passenger were boarding aircraft I noticed an approaching squall line (snow storm). I radioed aug WX on 123.60 and was advised that WX was 1000 obscured, 1 mi in snow/fog. I then called nhz clearance on 119.95, received clearance. Next I called nhz approach on 128.35 and reported ready for takeoff, and was told to stand by. All this was on my #1 communication. On #2 communication I was monitoring CTAF 122.95 as other aircraft were in the area and to control the lights. At this time nhz approach released me for departure with a 1 minute void time. After departure I called WX with a PIREP and was then advised that WX had gone below minimums around the time I departed -- potential violation here.
