Narrative:
Although the 250 KIAS restriction on the euckr departure was reviewed on the ground; no limit was put into the box due to other distractions and forgetfulness. We accelerated out of 10;000 ft up to 290 knots; exceeding the speed limit on the departure procedure. ATC brought it to our attention and we promptly corrected our speed back to 250.

Title: A321 flight crew reported reviewing the EUCKR3 departure from ORD and noted the 250 knot speed restriction out of 10;000 feet; but did not enter it into the FMC. Out of 10;000 feet the aircraft accelerated to 290 knots and ATC asked the crew to slow to 250.
