Anomaly | Ground Event / Encounter Loss Of Aircraft Control Ground Excursion Taxiway |
Narrative:
We experienced fair braking action [during] landing. We had a NOTAM saying 20% 1/8 inch dry snow covering the runway. After turning off the runway the taxiway appeared to be very slick for which there were no notams. As the taxi-in progressed we slowed to a crawl [and] we tried to turn [into] the ramp. As the turn started; we lost all directional control and the nose gear of the aircraft exited the taxiway and ended up in the grass. The main gears remained on the taxiway. We shut down the engines and contacted the company.the airport personnel should have notified appropriate authorities and issued appropriate notams regarding taxiway conditions.
