Narrative:
Shortly after takeoff we received a right engine main ejector caution message. The ca started to run the associated QRH procedure. Before the ca could finish the QRH procedure; the flight crew received about a half a dozen other master caution messages including at least one master warning message for low engine oil. The messages seemed to be random and not associated with each other. The flight crew [advised ATC] and landed back at [departure airport] safely.
