Narrative:
For approximately 5 mins nothing was heard on our radio. At that time, we conducted a radio check, with negative results. As we reached to switch to #2 VHF radio, ZBW called and said they had been trying to reach us. From that point on, communications were normal. I was just wondering if radio wave propagation problem could exist in that area?
