Narrative:
We were tracking out of gcm VOR on 358 degree right. Both VOR receivers were showing on radial. We were en route to ucl. The beacon has been intermittent at ucl and on NOTAM all during 3/90. Hav advised we were east of course and advised us to turn left 15 degrees for direct to ucl. I advised hav to contact kingston re: signals at gcm. ATC tower controller was on jump seat and observed the above.

Narrative: WE WERE TRACKING OUT OF GCM VOR ON 358 DEG R. BOTH VOR RECEIVERS WERE SHOWING ON RADIAL. WE WERE ENRTE TO UCL. THE BEACON HAS BEEN INTERMITTENT AT UCL AND ON NOTAM ALL DURING 3/90.
