Narrative:
I was coming off the high side of the nitrogen cart; not focused that it was 100 psi increments. Thinking it was 10 psi increments. Thus very over pressurizing the potable water system which resulted [in] aircraft damage.stay focused on the task at hand. A pressure relief valve would be nice in system; but still no excuse.
