Narrative:
During takeoff with an inexperienced crew the wind picked up a little and I brushed the top fabric of another balloon on takeoff. No damage done to either. Also, vapor pressure on fuel tanks was low due to low ambient temperature. Correction actions: use trained crew, heat pressure tanks in low ambient temperatures, get hot prior to takeoff, and leave more room downwind.

Title: HOT AIR BALLOON ON TKOF RISES MORE SLOWLY THAN USUAL AND WIND SHIFT CAUSES BASKET TO DRAG ACROSS TOP OF ADJACENT TETHERED BALLOON.
Narrative: DURING TKOF WITH AN INEXPERIENCED CREW THE WIND PICKED UP A LITTLE AND I BRUSHED THE TOP FABRIC OF ANOTHER BALLOON ON TKOF. NO DAMAGE DONE TO EITHER.
