Narrative:
We were conducting a training flight. After landing and decelerating below approximately 20 knots; the tail wheel tire blew out; causing a swerve to the left and subsequent departure from the runway; with a ground loop. There was no damage to the aircraft or other property. The tower said nothing; and we taxied back on the runway and to the hangar.
