Narrative:
I would like it on file that I have worn the [new] uniforms for the last time. They have caused me itchy skin; itchy eyes; nose bleeds; scratchy throat and sinus issues. My husband had small rash like bumps on his chest and arms. My uniforms are now packed in my garage. The local college in my area has a forensic department. They have agreed to run tests on my pieces. I have seen my coworkers break out in rashes; hives and what appears to be third degree burns. Recall the uniforms.
