Narrative:
Upon landing rollout a wind gust turned aircraft into the wind. While correcting, brakes were applied which locked, resulting in nose-over. Brakes were adjusted previous day. Corrective action: old type left small aircraft drivers say brakes should never be employed heavily while slowly moving in taxi or rollout.
