Narrative:
I was flying low, 50', over a field and came upon a line of trees with some trucks parked among them. I pulled up to try and get to 500' above them and was unable to do so. Thus violating the far's. It seemed as though the trucks were involved with an airplane crash investigation that was going on on the other side of the trees that had occurred that morning or earlier the previous night. Although I had no knowledge of the investigation or accident, I was taken totally by surprise and tried as best as I could to reach sufficient altitude before crossing and turning away from the scene. The area around for miles was open pastureland and tree-lined country.
