Narrative:
Nqx is located 2 mi to the east of eyw. The air traffic area's overlap. We were both landing east (eyw runway 09, nqx runway 07). I8 observed what appeared to be an mlt on a wide left base to runway 7 at nqx enter our airspace west/O prior coordination. Luckily at the time we weren't launching anyone off our runway to go north or they'd be nose to nose with each other. This division of air traffic area's is not in far 90 like it's supposed to be. This violation of airspace is happening more and more frequent and nobody is reporting it.
