Narrative:
Checking duats; ASOS; ATIS there were numerous taxiway closures; but no listed runway closures. Flying in the pattern; it was obvious that there were parked vehicles on runway 26 at the approach end; but no X's or as previously stated; mention of closure. This is not the first time I have noticed this situation on weekends when the tower is closed.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: C182 pilot reported there were no NOTAMs for runway closures at FHU; but noted vehicles parked on the end of Runway 26 upon entering the pattern. This situation had been noticed previously; on weekends; when the Tower is closed.
