Narrative:
Enroute at FL340 we heard a loud bang and the first officer's front windscreen outer layer shattered (spidered). We donned O2 masks and determined that it was just outer layer while descending to FL240. ECAM right window heat indicated a short. I [advised ATC]; descended to 11k; and received direct clearance to [destination] without further incident. We landed with no delamination and taxied to the gate. Suspect right window heat short.
