Narrative:
With no charging system for the ipads on the flight deck and only on back up flight bag with charts and QRH safety can be compromised if an ipad battery runs low or it becomes necessary to navigate and handle an irregularity at the same time.the first officer does not have access to the flight bag or the QRH if it is only on the captains side of the aircraft.
