Narrative:
During boarding we noticed a sour musty burning odor coming from the gaskets in the aft galley. We notified the captain but the smell seemed to dissipate so we took the flight. Upon landing the smell returned but a lot stronger and was irritating our eyes and throats. We notified the captain by phone and told him this. The pilots left the aicraft without writing it up. I have irritation in my throat and some balance issues for 2 days now. If these do not improve I will seek medical advice.
