Narrative:
I departed with another pilot in the passenger seat. After departure I contacted tower and requested multiple touch and goes. Abeam the touchdown zone; I lowered the flaps and landing gear. I verified three green lights and both of us called out loud 'three green'. On final the flaps were lowered to landing and touchdown occurred about 1500 ft down the runway. Soon after the mains were down; the other pilot reached over and raised the landing gear without being instructed to do so. He advised that he had meant to touch the flap lever but inadvertently touched the wrong switch.
