Narrative:

Due to the wind from 160/20 at kdro; we selected the favorable runway 21. The weather was clear and visibility more than 10 miles. During right base turn for visual approach to runway 21 as we were descending; GPWS alerted 'terrain; terrain; pull up.' we stopped the descent and leveled off. The GPWS alert went away. We landed normal without any other issues. The lesson to be learned from this event is not to descend too fast in this particular area due to the terrain.
