Narrative:

Our radar feed was fusion and every aircraft on the final went to isr [increased separation required]; I turned an aircraft base to stay 5 miles behind; the trailing aircraft got the lead in sight. I forgot to say maintain visual separation.we were advised that the L30 radar would be worked on for maintenance but it would not affect the operations. We lost the feed completely and it made all the data blocks 'isr' so we had to give an extra 2 miles to every aircraft. We don't have that much airspace here for descending traffic because of terrain. It made it difficult.
