Narrative:
Large storm system moving from the gulf to the atlantic with numerous turbulence reports through most altitudes. Severe turbulence reports from some sectors. The warning area (sealord) active to FL500 with some portions active to FL240. Basically our aircraft had nowhere else to go except in the active military airspace. Point outs were made to the best of my ability but these civilian aircraft ended up in the warning area without sealord being able to guarantee separation. I had to advise one aircraft to deviate east as necessary to stay safe and that I understood he was exercising his emergency authority. At this point I've given up on recommending. I just know what happened today shouldn't happen again.
