Narrative:
When climbing out of sfo at approximately 14000 ft we received a lt pack trip. While accomplishing the checklists we also received an equipment cooling exhaust light. We used the paper QRH to accomplish these procedures. When trying to determine single pack operating limitations the first officer's content locker failed. Do not remove paper manuals!

Title: A B737 Captain reported that the flight publications manager application failed in the Electronic Flight Bag; which required him to revert to the paper QRH during a malfunction.
Narrative: When climbing out of SFO at approximately 14000 ft we received a LT PACK trip. While accomplishing the checklists we also received an Equipment Cooling Exhaust light. We used the paper QRH to accomplish these procedures. When trying to determine single pack operating limitations the FO's content locker failed. DO NOT REMOVE PAPER MANUALS!
