Narrative:
Rotated off of runway 18L at charlotte international airport behind an airbus 320. Just after rotation I called positive rate and the pilot flying called gear up. As I was selecting the gear up we experienced wake turbulence that caused the stick shaker to activate for just a second. We continued the climb out and the flight as normal.
