Narrative:

While on the charted RNAV visual approach into runway 15 at bur; we were approaching goblt on both the lateral and vertical path. We received one 'terrain; terrain pull up' just as we were beginning the final turn. The warning happened once and the captain continued the approach due to his familiarity with the terrain and airport. We are aware of SOP to conduct the escape maneuver when at night; but the captain decided the best course of action was to continue because the warning ceased immediately after we began our turn.
