Narrative:
As I was coming in to land; there was a thunderstorm reported in the vicinity of the airport. There was pick gust of 20 knots reported at 090 degree. I managed to put the plane on the runway but the wind kept pushing me to the left of the runway and ended up in the grass field where I knocked off a couple of runway lights.
