Narrative:
On takeoff roll at about 100 knots got aural 'flaps' warning. Rejected takeoff. Complied with QRH. Had green box for takeoff. Discovered dial a flap at 13 degrees with FMS takeoff page set to 10 degrees. Original takeoff computation called for 13 degrees. Just prior to taking [the] runway tower called windshear advisories. Recalculated numbers for windshear profile; max power and 10 degrees flaps. Forgot to adjust dial a flap but still had green box prior to taking runway. Don't know why we did not have white box or why caution and warning system (CAWS) did not annunciate at power push up or why it waited until about 100 kts to sound off. Should have done the before takeoff checklist again from the top. Easy to miss the dial a flap if it is close to desired setting. Thought we had everything squared away pulling onto runway subsequent takeoff uneventful.

Title: MD11 flight crew reported changing the FMS flap setting to 10 during taxi out due to a windshear advisory; but forgot to change the dial a flap setting from 13 to 10. A flap audio warning is annunciated during the takeoff and the takeoff is rejected.
