Narrative:
Aircraft X was slow to roll off of runway 30L with traffic landing on runway 35 approaching the box on the converging runway. I issued a without delay departure to aircraft X; but they were still slow to roll as aircraft Y approached the box.when we have a departure bank we should not be landing on runway 35. There are appropriate times to land runway 35 but not when the tower has departures.
