Working aircraft X at FL380; right engine pressure observed to go in and out of caution range. Oil quantity observed to be zero. Referred to QRH for both conditions observed and decided to divert.considering weather conditions [at destination] and altitude to be lost decision made to divert (both engines operating). Informed dispatch of situation and diversion via ACARS.[advised ATC of situation] and proceeded direct to [diversion airport] with normal landing.
