Narrative:
Loss of engine power on rear engine of small aircraft. Loss of power due to collapsed flex duct connecting air filter to induction air side of turbo charger. Multi-engine flight training should include description of what engine INS will show in a loss of induction air situation. Aircraft made a safe, uneventful landing at anc runway 14.
