Narrative:
Contacted ground for taxi to takeoff. After run up cleared for takeoff. Just after liftoff the engine started to run very rough. Pushed over to maintain gliding speed and flared with a successful touch down on the remaining runway. After clearing the active runway the engine shut down. Switched tanks and was able to restart the engine and taxied to the ramp.
