Narrative:
Small transport X was on final to runway 20 and sequenced #2 for small aircraft Y on final to runway 33. I told the small aircraft Y to land through the runway intersection and cleared small transport X to land. It appears that as small transport X crossed the landing threshold as the small aircraft Y was just airborne through the runway intersection landing runway 33. This happened during moderate traffic with quite a bit of haze. Also the wind was variable from 230 at 12 to 300 at 12.

Title: SMT X HAD LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION FROM SMA Y DURING LNDG. SYSTEM ERROR.
Narrative: SMT X WAS ON FINAL TO RWY 20 AND SEQUENCED #2 FOR SMA Y ON FINAL TO RWY 33. I TOLD THE SMA Y TO LAND THROUGH THE RWY INTXN AND CLRED SMT X TO LAND. IT APPEARS THAT AS SMT X CROSSED THE LNDG THRESHOLD AS THE SMA Y WAS JUST AIRBORNE THROUGH THE RWY INTXN LNDG RWY 33. THIS HAPPENED DURING MODERATE TFC WITH QUITE A BIT OF HAZE.
