Narrative:
The flight from pdx to eug was running late and we happened to have the luck of having the ramper that isn't the brainiest filling out our weight and balance. Our first clue should have been when she failed to fill in most of the passenger on the weight and balance, but quite often with business passenger there isn't much baggage, so we were unsuspecting. We turned in our paperwork and left. The flight was uneventful until I called in our out and off times and was informed we had 423# unaccounted for in the aft, and the 90 pounds was really in the pod. This made us out of cg aft. We decided to move passenger foreward en route so as to be legal. (I'm sure they'll be frequent fliers after this.) my suggestion for correction of this sort of problem is quite simple. When you trust people with critical things you should pay enough to keep your good people and screen out people like this that can't learn a simple job in 4 months. Either this or change the system to allow 1 crew member to easily oversee bag loading and still have time for personal needs.

Title: ACFT FLOWN OUT OF AFT CG LIMITS BECAUSE OF FAULTY WEIGHT AND BALANCE COMPUTATIONS.
