Narrative:
When turning northbound onto taxiway G1 in aus; there are extremely bright led light panels which are directed precisely at inbound aircraft. This causes immediate loss of situational awareness and results in future loss of night vision for the remainder of the taxi in. These lights are a serious safety hazard and need to be removed as soon as possible. Temporarily; crews could use taxiways G2 or G3 to enter the ramp area until these lights are removed.
