Narrative:
Working as a mechanic helper; removed electric hydraulic pump 3a from aircraft X. [Ordered new] o-rings; [but] supervisor on duty instructed us to re-install old hydraulic pump back in the aircraft and also did not service hydraulic system. Learned next day by management aircraft was back in service.supervisor did not followed established procedures.
