Narrative:
We departed on our flight path from eyw to mia. Upon taxiout we received our weight and balance #south over areas. These fit with my mental gross error check for the # of passenger and fuel load. During cruise we were called by company to inform us that eyw operations made a 500 pounds error in the weight and balance. No performance deteriorating was noted.
